The Prime Minister of Japan met with President Bush weekend before last on his ranch in Crawford, TX. Undoubtedly the President lobbied him about supporting a Palestinian State next to Israel on the land YVHV promised to the twelve tribes. Monday before last Japan was rocked with a massive earthquake. After the war ended in Iraq, the President, Colon Powell, Condoleezza Rice (disregarding my warning to him in my open letter (published in the JewishXpress Magazine) all unitedly began lobbying for two states on the Holy Land. Again like Japan with the earthquake, the United States was similarly hit with 434 deadly tornadoes. The most in history. (Personally, I believe that these tornadoes and the earthquake were precipated by this administration's and Congress"s call for a separate Palestinian State on the land promised to Israel)

These calamities are just the beginning as the kings of the earth take counsel against YHVH and against His anointed. In this case, Israel is the anointed of YVHV. It is He that is regathering His people to the land from the ashes of Auschwitz, from the neighboring nations of the Middle East, from the former Soviet Union and from Ethiopia. Nearly a thousand times in the Scriptures, it is He that is calling all the tribes out of all the nations of their scattering back to Himself and to the land that He has given them as an inheritance forever.

When the world leaders take counsel together to divide His land He laughs at them for He will have them in derision. In Joel 2:18 YHVH states: "I will be jealous over My land and will pity My people." YVHV is the Zionist and owner of the land. It is He that will give it to whom He will. It is He that is regathering His people and not they regathering themselves. The best thing the Islamic world can do is to make peace with Israel plus trade, agricultural, cultural, and educational agreements etc. Only then can they and the entire Middle East prosper and the entire Middle East be turned into the Garden of Eden once again as prophesied by the Prophets in the Tenach.

This does not mean that the Palestinians do not deserve Justice, for they surely do. Few people in history have suffered as they. They have been made to suffer inhumanely the last 55 years. For all the wealth of the Arab nations, they have let their Palestinian brothers flounder in poverty and squaller with no education, jobs, health care or sanitary living conditions. The annual per capita income in 1993 of the Palestinians was $800.00 while it was over $10,000.00 in Israel. Until the current intifida, Israel's annual per capita income had risen to over $20,000.00. Seeing such disparity, makes the Palestinian children easy fodder for the hate mongering Islamic dictators. Even though the World's Moslems refuse to aid their own brothers, the rest of us who love Justice should. The Torah says that there will never be peace without Justice. That includes not only the Palestinians but all people and all nations. This Justice can be accomplished with a Torah based constitution rather than a Palestinian State on the Promised Land.

Because of our Constitution, all Americans of every color, language, national origin, ethnicity, and religious persuasion have equal rights to freedom of speech, press, assembly, ownership of property and religious expression. The same needs to be implemented in Israel, Iran, Iraq, Syria and the entire Middle East and World. Under such a constitution, the rights of all people, Jewish or non Jewish, will be free to pray at all their Holy Places and all these rights would be protected by law.

The prophet Elijah was not intimidated by the Prophets of Baal being free to pray on Mount Carmel as long as he had an equal right to pray to his God as well. Neither should we be intimidated as long as we are free to pray to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But as Rabbi Konovich of Temple Beth Jacob stated last Shabat at the Aventura Jewish Community Center, fifty-five years after our Statehood, we are still not free to pray on the Temple Mount, our most Holy Place in Jerusalem and the World. Fifty-five years later we still have to pray on the bottom at the Western Wall like second or third class citizens instead of the top where David and Solomon and their generations prayed.

This Shabat we celebrate the giving of the Torah at Sinai and the same Torah commands us to "Proclaim liberty throughout the land." With this Worldwide broadcast, I am proclaiming to Jews, Arabs, and Gentiles alike that It is time for all Jewish people who desire to be free to pray on the Temple Mount as mandated by the Tenach.
