The company Jewish World Xpress was founded in Florida in June
of 1999 by Jacob Sharon is a highly energetic entrepreneur who
initially envisioned elevating the level of service in the Media
business. Along the way he discovered an opportunity to change
communications around the world. Jacob's vision is to build a
first-to- market Professional Media firm offering state of the
art Media facilities to serve to the corporate and consumer markets.
Our global network will enable clients to enjoy efficiencies,
convenience and additional revenue as Streams and/or third party
savings using broadcast-quality, real-time video e-mail.
Branch Network
Our network consist of a central operations center along with
branch and satellite locations across the United States. This
network is designed to provide public access to high quality,
affordable visual e-mail services. These facilities are administered
and managed locally by our Branch Managers and supported from
our centralized Operations Center in Florida. A West Coast Center
will be utilized to oversee the Western State installations, technical
client support and various data backup functions. A typical Branch
office is 1000 to 1200 sq. ft., with 3 or 4 video rooms and a
staff of 4-5 people. A satellite office would be 600-800sq.ft.
and maintain 2 rooms with a staff of 3 Customer Service at our
Operations Center. The economics of scale and centralized quality
control should provide JEWISH WORLD XPRESS with the economic and
operational consistency to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Two primary factors in the design of our network are the high
caliber of local representation with clients provided by our License
Holders/ Branch Managers (based on their stake in the Business
and business acumen) and our ability to grow the network rapidly
trough the sale of Branch Licenses. Our business model calls for
a robust network development pace which is enhanced by the funding
method and savvy talent pool of our available Branch Managers.
Our video suites are equipped with the latest technology and we
have implemented an industry benchmark ergonomic standard intended
to enhance �video experience� for and users. Our proprietary methods
combined with a client solutions marketing philosophy should provide
the growth engine in the rapidly changing world of communications.
Domestically, the company has developed a unique licensing program
that provides a high level of local service combined with the
economies of scale and efficiency of a centralized global operations
center. This simple structure is intended to maximize the combined
effectiveness and efficiency of the corporate operations center
and our licenses holders. Our commitment to leadership is based

access, support services, and commitment to high standards of
delivery to ensure client satisfaction. Our e-mail service is
the best human relationship management tool available. Distributed
parties can have access to the benefits of this service through
a varied menu that can accommodate onsite network access & support
or ad- hoc access through our public sites for occasional users.
